This 20ft was built as an on-site office to cater a growing business.

Despite being an office, the client wanted this project to have high standards and premium inclusions. The walls and ceilings are fully insulated with Sonic Steel’s PUR to provide utmost comfort for the office staff, complemented by the double glazings and Daikin spilt system. Equipped with a kitchenette and ample cupboard space, wall hung shelves and workbenches, this is a compact yet functional concept for any growing business or family looking for an extra room.

Extra security was part of the brief. Remote-controlled roller shutters were installed on the windows and custom-built metal panels on the sliding doors when not in use.

With the compactness and versatility of a 20ft, the Mark II can be custom built into a self-contained granny flat, an extended living space or office, whichever your needs might be.
