South Bowenfels

This Mark VI was built as a display and later purchased to be used as a self-contained home on a dairy farm amongst the Blue Mountains. The family member had been living in a caravan and wanted to upgrade to a container home, separated from the main dwelling.

Apart from the one-of-a-kind VenSulation system which has been made standard in all of our homes, lots of premium inclusions were added to create a unique home full of light, fresh air and practical features.

This off-the-grid home is fitted with a Sky Energy’s solar system, consisting of 4.15kW panels, 10.0kWh batteries and 5kVA inverter. A flush toilet was installed and later connected to the existing septic system on-site. The practical layout features a double bedroom, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a spacious bathroom with laundry, a lounge area and a utility compartment for tools and hobbies.

With the undulating landscape and the serene views, our Mark VI is truly the missing puzzle for this farm, offering an affordable yet quality long-term solution for a growing family.
